Caring for Others

For too many, planning for a GoodEnding may be overtaken by a more immediate need to care for an aging parent or loved one. This has hit home within the past year within our own families. We have researched and selected new living arrangements following the death of one parent. We have put in place transportation alternatives, hired caregivers and had to decide when and when not to have someone taken to the hospital or see a specialist. We have also spent far too many hours dealing with money matters, including the fallout from attempted scams and fraud. This and requests from others inspired us to expand GoodEnding.org with “Caring for Others”, a compilation of information and resources to assist caregivers.
